R7000 - MS Teams Issues

Since switching to Fibre and using the Nighthawk R7000 when trying to use MS Teams I lose the video functionality (camera automatically turns off), sound still works. I have configured the router settings as per the ISP recommendations but still no video.

Any suggestions are appreciated

    Model Laptop: 

    ThinkPad T490s

     

    OS:

    Windows 10 Enterprise

     

    Connected to 5g LAN

    1. what gateway/ont do you have from your ISP?

    2. you could update the firmware on the r7000. the latest right now is 1.0.11.136

    3. Do all devices have issues or just the one?

    Sounds like something from Windows. What makes you think it is the router?

     

    Does the same thing happen outside of Teams? I speak from bitter experience with a very different router. Teams is a beast.
