It's coming in through a cable modem that delivers 600mbps. I used to get much faster 2.4GHz speeds with a dual and tri band client (Lenovo T460) and with my iPhone 15 Pro. The fact that it's doing this on all 4 routers makes me think it's not a hardware failure but rather a software/firmware issue (it's not like this hasn't happened before with Netgear updates)!

I've never seen sustained speeds on an AC router over 100mpbs. Occassional peaks maybe but not sustained. 2.4ghz is s slow network and sensitive to interference. Not sure how you were testing before but it wasn't until AX that we started seeing that 100mpbs 2.4ghz speeds.
