the modem is bridged
Made sense, given that you didn't report any problems that anyone would attribute to NAT concerns.
Apart from the update thing, and the slightly freaky LED, do you actually have any problms with the R7000?
It doesn't look like it to me.

You are right ! I am just asking can I do the update to the right firmware without risc ?
Because the freaky LED suggest that there is a firmwarebreak.
I did stop the modem and the router, and restarted both of them. And the LED was white for a few moments
and is now red again. And I am able to mail with you and surf on the internet.

Look at the user manual for the router to see what the LED behavior means.
Can be a cable, or connection rate seen there.
You can update using a wired PC and web browser. I recommend MS Edge or Firefox. After the FW is applied, power OFF the router for 1 minute then back ON. Check operation. If you see problems, a factory reset and setup from scratch maybe needed.

Which LED power or Internet?

Sounds like the router is working but did you do it in the required order?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.

I have a problem with the power-LED
I switchted all other LEDS, when I change that the router is like a white lightshow.
And the sequense in restart: I will do that next time I restart.
I am away for a couple of days, be back on friday.
