R7000 antenna failing

I’ve noticed all of the 3 antenna won’t stay in place and just fall. They’re all tight and never have been touched since setting it up a year ago. Even though they don’t thread anymore they wiggle. I have noticed my 2.4ghz signal is very spotty now too. Don’t know if the antennas are affecting that. Any fixes for that or do I just need new antennas?
