R7000 bridge mode instability does not reconnectn
Hello Community,
I have configured my Nighthawk R7000 in bridge mode. My main router is Netgear Orbi (with one satellite router).
I am experiencing the exact same faulty behavior from the R7000 as described in this post:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-WiFi-Routers/R7000-bridge-mode-instability-does-not-reconnect-firmware-glitch/td-p/1083906
My r7000 firmware is the latest:
V1.0.9.60_10.2.60
Anyone have any clue if this was ever fixed by netgear ? Really looks like a very old and outstanding fault to me.
Thank you.

- I installed Tomato firmware.
The bridge is stable now.

Try rolling back to the .42 firmware.

Thanks Darren.
Done. Will let you know how it goes.
- felicemAspirantHi Darren,
Unfortunately same issue with .42 firmware. R7000 lost the connection. I had to power cycle it to get the connection with main Orbi back up.
Thoughts ?
Thanks,
