It's the one provided by the company that installed the fibre, can't see exactly what it is on it. (For reference, it looks like this: https://support.openinfra.com/sv-SE/support/solutions/articles/77000080500-kom-igang-med-bredband-inteno-fiberbox). Again, no problems with this and these are installed all over Sweden, but being thorough is definitely a good thing.
I am also aware the r7000 might be behaving as expected but waking up and having to restart the connection again seems wrong. For now I have selected "bind to AP" in the Asus settings on the IP of the r7000 in hope that it will keep them linked. Just for clarification, all "routing" is being done by the Asus, which is wirelessly connected to the r7000 as a bridge.

I asked about the modem to rule it out as a modem/router. A lot of issue track back to having one of those. Sadly, I am not familiar with that one.
