R7000 Cannot see connected devices on App or Online

3 days ago my app updated on my phone. Since then, I haven't been able to see all connected devices.  I also tried logging in to through the website to no avail.  The app and wifi router have worked wonderfully entire time we have had it with no issues to my recollection.

 

Rebooted wifi router

Rebooted router that comes in to home

Updated Firmware

Looked for newer version of app via the store

Uninstall & Reinstall App

Logged out and in via App

Wifi is working properly on all devices (except our TV Firestick that was turned off through the app prior to the issues)

 

Attached are snips from the WEBSITE. You can see from the photos that it shows 14 devices attached. However when clicked on, only 3 show up. Therefore I am unable to choose from the other 11 devices and turn them on or off for various reasons.

    Hi TanyaS, you can try resetting the router back to factory defaults and reconfigure it. Let us know how it goes.
