R7000 channel section

Question

My Internet Service Provider claims my router may be slowingdown my upload speed and they suggest changing the settings do the router only selects Channel 1 or 11.

How do I do this?

Thank you! &nbsp;Seems to have helped somewhat. &nbsp;Download speed has been good at just over 100mbps (which is what we are paying for). &nbsp;Upload is around 9mbps (we pay for 10) ... it was below 3mbps before the change. &nbsp;&nbsp;Getting the same readings for both wired connection and wifi.&nbsp;&nbsp;
