R7000 defect?
Our router seems defect. The strange thing is that the lights are on, but we can't acces it. We made a direct connection between the PC and the router, but we don't see the router. What can be wrong?...

Thanks everybody for the help. We bought a new router, because the other was defect.

Are you one Windows?
If so, open a command prompt and enter IPCONFIG and post here (clip and paste).
It should look something like this:
===========
C:\>ipconfig
Windows IP Configuration
Ethernet adapter Ethernet:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::58bf:9e27
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.xx
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
===================
Depend on how the R7000 was setup that last line should be the IP Address of your router. Normally 192.168.1.1 or 182.168.0.1.
Another question, can you get to the Internet or not?
Last question, HOW are you trying to get to the router?
