If you can get a new power adapter, try that first.
If after the power adapter doesn't resolve this, try a 30-30-30 reset on the router. Might kick it out of it's bad state. If that or TFTP even fails, then the router just may be bad and needs replacing.

30-30-30 reset doesn't work on ARM-based routers. Only MIPS ones.

tftp just says "Network is unreachable". There is no Ethernet-level connection being made.
Tried 30/30/30, as expected no change.
I could check ebay for a power adapter but since this unit has served just shy of 8 years it may be time to move on. (though the backup is even older, a WRT54G running Tomato ... well, more "limping" than running, but online)

Worth trying.
Might find a old referb or used R7000 on fleabay or amazon if you want to keep a R7000. If not, ya, maybe time to upgrade to something newer. It's probably given a good life.
