R7000 drops internet about every 7 days or so

I have a R7000 with the latest Firmware Version  V1.0.9.88_10.2.88. When I updated to this verson my internet drops out every 5 or 7 days and I need to reboot the router. The modem is fine. I had this probem 1 year or so ago and new firmware fixed it. I am thinking about giving up on netgears firmware and going open sourse. Ant recomendations. Or is there a easy fix I am missing.

Help Please!!!

    I am running firmware 1.0.9.42_10.2.44 and the router is working great. no dropped wifi and no need to reboot

    Have you tried to roll back to the .42 firmware?

      I just installed the .42 firmware on Sunday. We will see what happens.
