Sorry for the long delay, I was away from home for a while.
Yes, factory reset did resolve the problem; however, I feel that I cannot rely on R7000, so I purchased 2-point Google WiFi mesh, and installed it. It seems to give a better signal and is more stable.

I have also Bought Google WiFi Mesh recently.. Just wanted to know Which Gateway did you use to configure your WiFi Router. I tried with 192.168.1.1, But Didnt work!! :smileysad:

To the best of my knowledge, the only way to configure it is to download and run Android or iPhone application for that. It will guide you through the configuration process. At least, that's what I did.
The address to the router is 192.168.86.1 , but it just gives you links to the Google WiFi application download.
