R7000 having issues bridge mode/repeater

What issues specifically are you having?
IF the R7000 worked on the last ISP router and now it doesn't on the new one, maybe something on the new router that isn't worknig well with the R7000. Something to contact the ISP about.
Can certainly try static IP configuration for the R7000.
Make sure WPA2 and AES only is set on the ISP router. Try OPEN security temporarily to see if the R7000 will connect at all.
Try changing channels on the ISP router.

Thanks for the quick response i will try these solutions when i get off work this evening. Like i said it was plug and play before with tower #1 and swapped for tower #2 both new in box so i assumed i wouldn't have any issues as i did the initial setup.
To set up wireless bridge mode on your NETGEAR router:
- Make a note of the WiFi settings of the other router to which this router will connect.
You need to know the SSID, WiFi security mode, wireless password, and operating frequency (either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz). - Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the network of the router that will run in bridge mode.
- Type http://www.routerlogin.net.
A login screen displays. - Enter the router user name and password.
The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays. - Click ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Wireless Bridge.
The Wireless Bridge page displays. - Select the Enable Bridge Mode checkbox.
- Click the Setup Bridge Mode Wireless Settings button.
- Enter the settings of the other router:
- Select the wireless network frequency (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)
- In the Name (SSID) field, enter the wireless network name (SSID).
- In the Security Option section, select the WiFi security mode of the other router.
- If prompted, type the passphrase (the WiFi password that you use to connect with WiFi to the router).
- Click Apply.
The settings for the other router are saved and the Advanced Wireless Settings page displays. - Click Apply on the Advanced Wireless Settings page.
Your settings are saved.
Just not sure if it was FR the first time i think i just swapped from router>bridge mode. Im afraid when i FR it may have changed some needed settings? No mention above tho..this is the instructions i followed first time no issues.
The problem I'm having is when i set r7000 to bridge mode with my T-Mobile SSID/PASS it is unable to connect to my T-Mobile(main) tower. When i hit apply settings it reboots my PC is not connected to internet or Main router and i know its not in router mode because i cant discover it with my phone wifi which im able to when i FR it because its router mode by default.

What FW version is on the R7000?
Maybe some some incompatibility with the R7000 and your newer ISP router. Like is said, if it worked with the old ISP router and not the new one, something at the new ISP router maybe needs to be looked at.

Have to double check when i get home but i think its v1.0.9.88_10.2.88.( I checked for update and said up to date)
Tower#1 and #2 are exact same color/model/power brick as if was right behind on same shelf at store. But like you said unlikely maybe something has changed internal?....

I know that was really last good working version of FW, however might try latest version of FW. Might help.
