R7000 Keeps resetting internet connection

Okay, back again. And I think I figured it out.
My ISP has a very (very!) short DHCP leasetime, and therefor the router resets all its connections when the lease is renewed.
Renewing the lease however, doesn't exist in 'the wild'; it just expires and is setup again, no matter the IP that's been assigned.That means all (wifi) connections are lost, and must be setup again. Horror. Really.
I think Netgear has a challange here to make its hardware compatible with this - imo not very practical - way of handing DHCP leasetimes.
In the meantime I've dumped my Nighthawk and replaced it with a TP-link router given by the ISP; all problems are gone and my connection has never been this stable. Hooray!
