1. what actual firmware are you on? "the latest" isn't a number and changes
2. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
3. Does the issue happen to all devices, just wireless devices? Do wired drop?

2.the modem...I dont know its provided from the company, its also labaled from the company , so Ireally dont know (Connect Box from UPC)
3. Yes the internet is gonne for all, wired and wifi connected devices

1.0.11.136 is actually the latest. You can download it here:

The R7000 has responded favorably to factory resets after firmware changes. Not saying you have to, but its a good option with the r7000.
Modem is bit of a key as some ISP's provide modem/router combo devices and it can cause a double nat.
Which is why we ask. I'd look at the label on the modem/gateway

As plemans says, this could be important.
It probably has a label on it, but one clue would be the number of Ethernet LAN ports on the thing. If it has more than one, it could be a modem/router. Many of these have four LAN ports. Another clue is of it also does wifi.
