R7000 net gear router

I cannot get my netgear R7000 router set up, the app cannot find it and when I login to it there is no setup wizard.

Is there anyway I can set it up after I log into it?

The modem and router has been rebooted numerous times with no luck, I am operating with the default wifi.

If anybody can help me it will be greatly appreciated.

    Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 10 seconds then let go. Then log in to a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard at192.168.1.1. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
