R7000 not assigning an IP address to Polycom VVX201 VoIP phone
Hello, just recently was sent a VoIP by my employer, however I am unable to use it as it is unable to connect to the network. The Polycom VVX201 from Vonage is not being assigned an IP address by the R7000 router I am trying to connect too. I have adjusted a number of settings within the Netgear genie to no avail. Please help for my sanity. Thanks.
Are you able to assign the ip address manually within the VOIP phone settings like set it to 192.168.1.30?
