R7000 not portforwarding

problem description. It does not say what you did. It does not say
what happened when you did it. As usual, showing actual actions
(commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators,
...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.I know nothing about how your EPC3940L was configured when it was a
modem+router. You might need to do things to the R7000 to make it work

Regarding "cannot", see "not a useful problem description [...]",
above.LAN addresses like "192.168.1.1" (for the R7000) and "192.168.1.2"

They may be able to tell you if you need to specify any special
settings on your (R7000) router when you're not using the router in the
EPC3940L.

Good day, Thanks that you want to help me!
I followed some of your steps
My firmware version for now is V1.0.9.88_10.2.88. I have seen that there is a new firmware version and i want to update the router today.
My PC is directly connected with ethernet cable to the router.

I will send you the link of the video, it is 6 minutes. I followed it, in this video they also assign the server a reserved IP address.
[...] I can't see what you put there [...]
i will send a file with this message(picture 1) of how i filled the service tab in. (25565 is the port for minecraft)
[...] And that address was [...]
It is: 90.145.x.x. This is not the same Ip-adres that is written in the advanced home tab. This is 192.168.x.x
[... ]Can you access the server from a system on your LAN using the

There are two IP addressses "in the advanced home tab". Under
"Router Information" is the "LAN Port" address. (There's no need to
hide that one.) Under "Internet Port" is the WAN/"Internet IP Address",
which is the important one. If the _WAN/Internet_ IP Address is
"192.168.x.y", then that would be the the problem.

Ask your ISP?
> I hope you can still help me! Thx
The only solutions I know are: 1) to ask your ISP for a real public
address (for which they might charge more), or 2) to use a tunneling
service like the one mentioned in another thread (near the end):
https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1748431
Some ISPs do not permit servers for residential customers, but I'm
confident that they'll tell you that if you ask.

ah thx for the reply!
So if i understand it correctly, My internetport IP-adres and my IP that i find on the internet (whatismyipaddress.com) has to be the same?
If this is true, i will call my ISP tomorrow and ask if they can set it good?

"192.168.0.20" is a private address, and that's a problem. But
that's not an address which I would expect from an ISP using CGN.> [...] Connected to what?
Still wondering. To what is the WAN/Internet port of the R7000
connected? If your R7000 is connected to some other router, then the fact that
you have more than one router is the problem. If your only router is
the R7000, then the other router must be at your ISP.- RvreeswijkApr 05, 2020Aspirant

Yes, the r7000 is the only router i got, its connected the the modem that i received from the ISP. I hope this is your answer haha. I will contact my ISP for another IP adres that is open. Thx for your help! I hope it will soon be fixed.
