R7000 ReadyCloud web access not working iOS (iPhone/iPad) app is working
Does any know why I can't access my USB drive (the folders) over the web (FireFox,Chrome, IE), the R7000 icon shows up but clicking on it does not show any directories. Works ok on my iPhone and iPAD...

Ok finally found time to get back to my R7000 readyCloud issues – It’s Fixed !!!
Doing a factory reset worked (thanks JamesGL). After doing the factory reset the first thing I did was setup the readCloud USB drive.
Steps taken:
Before the reset:
- Un-registered router from ReadyCLOUD.
- Deleted my existing ReadyCLOUD account.
Then……reset….
- From the Advanced (tab) -> Administration (dropdown menu) -> Backup Settings --- Reverted to factory default settings (Click Erase button).
- Setup a new ReadCLOUD account (same user and password as before)
- Registered the router with the ReadycLOUD account.
- Rebooted the router
- The USB drive showed up.
- Then setup the reset of the router (SID, Password, IP range,…etc…)
As a test, before step 8 above I restored my old configuration, this put me right back to where I was – didn’t work anymore.
Thank for the help, works on all devices.

James,
Thanks for the suggestion I will give that a try over the weekend, I'm out of town until then - I'll keep you posted.
As a software engineer I perfer to something more systematic to get to the root cause, but I've tried everything else.
I'll provide updates on Saturday.
