R7000 router not recognizing network

I have tried rebooting several time, however, the network does not show up on my devices

Not sure about the firmware. The modem is Arris TM1602. It appears that the router is not broadcasting. Wired does work. When trying to select a WiFi network on my phone, it does not show up. There are other networks showing up from neighbors

Did you try pushing the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds?

      Try unplugging both the modem and the router from power for 30 seconds...then connect both to power and see what happens.
