I have R7000 router. My ISP upgraded my speed to 500Mpbs and I get about 450Mbps when I connect my PC directly to the modem. But, when I connect my PC to the router, I only get about 200-210Mpbs. Are...

what modem do you have?
what firmware is on the R7000.
the R7000 is over a decade old. It took some special settings to hit gigabit speeds over wired with it when it came out. Make sure access control, traffic monitoring, parental controls, and qos are all disabled. If there were disabled, try a factory reset and reinstall. Make sure those aren't enabled during the install. then test the wired speed
