R7000 slow download speeds
Netgear Voice Cable Modem CM1150V was tested and speed from the Xfinity (cable/internet company) line to the modem was around 900mbps, the speed from the modem to the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 Smart WiFi Router Model R7000.router significantly decreased to about 200mbps. The tech changed the ethernet cord and indicated there maybe an issue witht the router. He did factory reset and started the modem and router over again but no improvement. I did just recently move to a neighboring state, would that have any impact on the router settings? Any thoughts on what is causing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

what firmware is on the router?
How are you testing the speeds from the router? wired? Wireless?
when he factory reset the router, did the tech reinstall using a backup configuration or did he do a clean install?
