R7000 SLOWS WAY DOWN with Firmware 1.0.9.10 went back to 1.0.9.6 problem solved. Hold off on update

Having the same problem with V1.0.9.10 and V1.0.9.12 the Wifi slows down to 43-44Mbps max. It doesnt matter what the Wifi device is, Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S8+, iPad Air 1, and Air 2 in the house all max at that speed.
When I downgrade back to V1.0.9.6_1.2.19 the download speeds max 215-230Mbps (I have the 200Mbps plan with Comcast)
I do not use the QoS feature, it was disabled before the updates.
Access Control is not enabled.
What gives?
