1. do you have the R7000? or the R7000P? you put on in the title/description and another in the signature.
2. what firmware is on it? (don't say the latest)
3. what modem/gateway is it connected to?

Sorry for the delayed response.
1) it is the R7000
2) Current firmware is V1.0.11.106_10.2.100
3) It’s attached to Netgear CM1000 modem.

Try manually installing the latest 1.0.11.123 version.
Then do a factory reset and a reinstall.
