After searching and reading general problems similar to this, I believe the problem is due to the size of the file I was trying to transfer. One comment said that doing a transfer across their network seems to have a problem when the file size is around 2GB; the file I wanted to transfer is 1.8GB. I have transferred a group of files that totaled much larger than 2GB, but I don't believe I've ever tried to transfer a single file this large before.
So I just removed the USB stick, copied the file to it, and reinserted it into the router.

Any progress on this?
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch?
Has this worked before?

Previously when I would have problems with just generally accessing the USB, a reboot would take care of the problem. But now restarting or rebooting does not fix this. I'm sure I could take out the USB stick, connect it to my computer, write to it, and replug it into R7000, but that is bypassing part of the usefulness of \\readyshare. Any suggestions on what else I can try to get saving to USB to work again? Any others having this problem with this version?
