R7000 updated firmware for 1 Gb PPPoE connection on RCS-RDS Romania

Hello!

 

Is it an updated version of the firmware that supports 1 Gb PPPoE connection over FTTH? The last one that works properly is R7000-V1.0.3.81_20141004_PPPoE but it is over 2 years old and does not have the latest security patches. Is it possible to obtain the latest version with the same optimizations for PPPoE?

    Hello,

     

    I changed it for an Asus RT-AC87U as this knows NAT over PPPoE and is able to deliver the speed that I require.

    Hi razla,

     

    The firmware that you used was a betafirmware and was not released as official firmware. The device does not fully support the PPPoE over FTTH.
