So hitting the reset button solved my issues. Now I wish I knew what was causing it. Thanks for your help!

A factory rest would not hurt, it might help to rule out other possible issues, or more hopefully get you up and running happily again. However while the router might be a common factor for all your devices, so is anything downstream of the router.
I suggest that you save your current router settings to a file before a factory reset. After the reset manually configure the router with the minimum settings needed to check if the issue is gone, and if it has reload the saved settings and check again. If that doesn't help then consider changing the firmware.
