R7000 wired speed

Modem, router (R 7000), switch one, switch two. This is the order of connection. The Mac comes off of switch one. The Xbox comes off of switch two. If I connect the Xbox directly to the modem, I get 900 Mb per second. If I connected it directly to the router (or any other port in the house), I get 100 Mb per second. I have disconnected the Mac from the switch and plug the Xbox into that port with the same results, hundred megabits per second.

ps firmware V1.0.11.116 and it says it’s up-to-date
Your firmware is several versions out of date. The current version, V 1.0.11.136, is available from the downloads section at the top of this page. Feed in the model number (R7000) and it will take you to the download page. The automatic firmware update portion of the user interface is historically unreliable. Experienced Netgear users prefer to manually update the firmware on their routers. Directions can be found here:
