I canlog in to my ADMIN account on laptop but can't login to my Nighthawk app using the same ADMIN credentials. it gives me error on the mobile app.

you need to have a registered account on NETGEAR to login into the app, AFAIK

    I do have an netgear account which I ise to log in the app but after that when my router is linked to the app it is requiring another log in using my Admin username. I have am issue during this Admin log in.

      the login info is case sensitive. 

      Make sure you're using lower case admin and not the capital A that you're currently putting in your posts.

        Yes, it is all lower case by default on app. Still can’t log in using same password I use on laptop website routerlogin.net
