R7000

There are many issues but they all started about the same time. 1.The Nighthawk app can not connect to the R7000 2.I have a device on the network it does not show up on the Attached Device list but...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

 

How do you have Basic and Advanced Wireless configured on the router?

4. Shutoff valve when near the router gets the ip address and shows in the ACL.  When I move it to its location it drops off the network.

5.The signal strength where the valve is located is about 87%
