Hi, I’m very new to this. I’m having issues updating my firmware. It’s sending my a link to router login.net
However, it won’t download. It just says “attempting to connect to Netgear server”
Then it just times out
I’ve tried to download the file on my iPad but when I try to use it, it says use the correct format *.chk
i don’t understand it
