R7000

Hi 

I have R7000 Nighthawk Router . Moment I use the office laptop with Z scaler installed in it,  all internet access stops. If I replace Nighhawk router with any other local router  Internet works fine. So it seems to be R7000 issue. Is there a solution for it.
