Logging in through the "routerlogin.net" option is proving fruitless because for some reason, the security questions that are blatently obvious to me, are not accepting my answers. Hoping that I can access these settings without having to go through some type of complete reset.---Problem with the security questions is that if you didn't set it up, it still asks the questions. did you setup the password recovery option? If not, your a bit stuck (unless you factory reset) if you don't know your login password.

I did the set up and chose the questions and provided the answers. The same answers to the same age old questions everything seems to ask. I'm quite sure I remember my best friend and the city I was born in.. but for some reason, those answers are not being accepted.
I'd prefer not to factory reset, but as a last resort.. I'm prepared to if there's no other way to access the advanced settings

If the password recovery option isn't working, that might be your only option to get back in.
If you're able to log in through the app, are you able to change the password in the app?

I'm logged in and everything appears to be working in the app. However, the same log in credentials are not allowing me in on the routerlogin.net site.
My password and username and everything is fine into the app, but they, nor the default admin/password combo are letting me access the routerlogin.net
