Version 1.3.1.44 was the version that supported netgear armor rollout.
I'd actually try the version prior to this as many device had issues with the initial rollout of armor.

Try factory resetting and manually re-installing the router.

I've found that sometimes the qos settings can be retained even when you shut it off.

Give this a shot first and let me know how it goes .

So I performed the factory reset of the router, and re-setup the router. No such luck. When running speedtest on the router I get 249 DL / 205 UL, when I run speedtest.net using Chrome from a MacBook connected to the router and no A/V, I get 157 DL / 300 UL.

So...I'm still stuck same place. Obviously, my firmware did not roll back with the factory reset.

  Factory resetting only removes the settings. You can try downgrading the firmware
