Hi RuP,
If you connect the old router, will you still get stable connection?
Connect the computer directly to the modem and check if the connection is stable.
If still the same, reset the router and reconfigure.

Hi, I have same problem as well. I have 100M download speed from Comcast when connected to computer directly. But only have 50M from this router. I did rest to factory defult, but still have same issue. Appreciate if there is solution.

Hi owenchen,
Your device is different from the subject. This thread is for R7000P. You may create another thread for R7000.
For R7000. that is the latest firmware.
