R7000P Firmware Update V1.3.2.134_10.1.66
Hi, When I check for firmware updates, I constantly get a notification there are no updates. I am on V1.3.2.120 which is at least one or two updates behind. The most current version list on the Net...

You can skip versions and go directly to the latest.
I highly recommend the manual update process if you're doing it over a hardwired connection.
This is usually what we recommend. When we see corrupt firmware issues, it tends to be when people did it from the app, updated with the automatic process, or did it over wifi.

I updated the file as you suggested. Manually and hardwired. I have rebooted everything to include my modem, the router, and my Netgear mesh Wi-Fi extender. I'm having problems with the Nighthawk app. It's not detecting hardly any of my devices. In the connected devices it show two r7000p when I only have one. One online and one offline. When I tried to switch from either the connected router to my Wi-Fi extender or vice versa, it keeps prompting me to log into the app and says I'm timed out. Do we need to uninstall and reinstall the Nighthawk app after firmware update?

You shouldn't need to but you can try it.
- klt212Aug 08, 2021TutorI did try that and it didn't help. It's not showing any devices at all. It shows my router twice. Once connected locally and once disconnected. I'm thinking of either rolling back the firmware or rebooting my router again and see if that helps. Before the firmware update I didn't have these issues.

In addition to Not seeing connected devices in the app, when I log into the router it shows all my devices as alowed but only a handful connected.I'm thinking I should roll back to 1.3.2.120. Wondering if I should try a reset first. This happened the last time I try to update firmware. I don't think I'm going to try this again!

I would try a factory reset before I'd try rolling back the firmware. Sometimes the firmware changes enough that old settings can cause issues.
