Google isn't definitive, but that looks like a standard cable-modem with voice. No built-in router ti make life complicated.

Yes, I do not believe it is the modem. I have beenin this house for 6 months issue free until December. I actually went on Best Buy Website in November and gave router a 5* review because i was impressed with coverage in larger house and a year of no issues. Then the following month everything went to hell. It is like a planned obsolence. Upon googling and trying to fix myself because im just outside of support period i found numerous threads on here and reddit all experiencing the same exact problem. Knock on wood with the mu-mimo disables i have not had a drop in 24 hrs.
