the router is offline and I am 8 hours away. Can a mobile app be used to connect to the router?
If its offline, how do you expect the app to connect to it?
Basically no. If its offline, you'd need someone there to access it or figure out why its offline.
Maybe its a modem issue and your isp can remotely reboot it.
