R7000P slow downloading from steam or epic games

Making this post so if anyone is having similar issue wont waste days looking for solution as I did. I have noticed that the maximum download speed I can get from steam or epic games is 250Mbps but then when I download for example from gdrive seems to be fine.
So I have tried almost everything on my router with newest firmware. Enabling and disabling almost every setting available inside the UI. Only time it works fine is just after restoring to default then its downloading full 1 Gbps but then after few hours its back do 250Mbps. After that i tried every firmware and seems to be working fine is 1.2.0.22_1.0.78. Alternatively you can run it in AP mode with your ISP modem but this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Netgear please fix.

Does your ISP modem have a router built into it?

No i use it directly withouth any ISP modem. I tried even newest firmware (R7000P-V1.3.2.134_10.1.66) whitch was reasled something like a month ago but still same issue.

New firmware steam PEAK download 25 MB/s and old one (mentioned in first post) was about 100 MB/s. Would like to use newest aviabile due to secruity concerns but then I loose about 1/4 of my connection throughput....

Might be worth mentioning that my ISP is Hyperoptic and I have 1Gb offer. With old firmware had no issues to download full speed 24/7 this only happens with any firware since 1.3.x.x verion. So I after testing again newest 1.3.2.134_10.1.66 for couple of hours I downgraded to V1.2.0.22_1.0.78 and everything works 100% fine... So any chances to fix this with 1.3.x.x?
