You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
- BurrahobbitSep 29, 2021TutorThe TFTP method was unsuccessful because I couldn't get the router into the "ready" state the guide describes with the flashing power button. I was able to successfully use nmrpflash however, but the problem persists. The router won't even respond to the reset button, even an attempt at a factory reset.

try using nmrpflash to flash an older firmware.
