Which model is it? Look for "Model" on the product label.

Have you tried pushing the wifi on/off button and holding it for 2 seconds? It wouldn't be the first time it was hit and disabled wifi.
- I did not know there was a Wi-Fi on/off button. The tech support on the phone should have had me check that before trying to sell me a service. But the 2 white lights on the right are lit up. After walking away my phone connected.
