R7350 (AC2400) Random Disconnects

Hello,

I purchased a new AC2400 router a couple weeks ago to replace an older AC2100. We have two work from home PCs connected to work VPNs, several mobile devices and some TVs/other devices hooked up. Every couple hours, all devices on the router lose connections, it goes out, and then everything comes back again. Normally this would be only slightly annoying but it often happens when on calls or the VPN starts a virus scan or software download. All devices disconnect and reconnect.

Are there any settings I should tweak or firmware I should roll back to? I was hoping to avoid a bunch of troubleshooting, so returning and getting a different router is also not out of the question (rec's for a new setup also welcome)
