R7350 Disconnecting from FIOS

Random disconnects throughout the day. The ONTs data light goes red and I lose internet. When I piggyback the R7350 from the FIOS router I have ZERO issues. Bought it early June and looking to get rid of FIOS router.

-FIOS direct connection to ONT via CAT
-No TV or phone service
-FW 1.2.0.76_1.0.1
