R7350 Firmware
Trying to do the auto firmware update from v1.2.0.90 to v1.2.0.92 and it keeps failing. Since the update did not complete, I am unable to access the Internet, anyone of a solution?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Factory reset the router and setup from scratch.
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox.
Be sure to unpack the .zip file to reveal the actual FW file to be sent to the router using the routers web page.
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
