R7450 - 5G Not Visible On PC

After 2 day suddenly my 5g networks show up as I write this sentence!  Go figure?

    Not sure how to take this. 
    in the topic sentence the 5ghz doesn't show up. 

    Then in the description, it does. 

    So which is it? 

    Is it broadcasting? 

    Is the issue on all device? only 1 device? 

    If only one, what device (chipset) is it? 

    Details are key to helping.
