R7450 how do I access and change the firewall
My wife recently started working for a company based out of Germany and they sent her a laptop with their specific software installed on it. Our router won't allow the software access and the company...
I'm reading the manual currently and attempting to log in to the router from routerlogin.net
I don't know what else the router is connected to. I bought the router and that's it. Plugged in the power and ethernet cable and I have internet. My ISP didn't leave any equipment here when they set us up.

Plugged the Ethernet cable into what?
A hole in the wall? A box of some sort?
As plemans says the R7450 is a router. It gets the Internet from somewhere.
