R7450 login Registation loop

New R7450 router login registration loop.

Try to log into the router with 198.168.1.1 and it goes to the internet and looks for a registation. I give it the account email address and it comes back with a verify your ID message and sends a code to my email address. I enter the code and it fails with a message that the product is all ready registered. Which it is.

But I never get any further. I get in this loop. Enter your address. Enter the code. Code fails because already registered.  Very occasionally it will load the router home page.

How do I get out of this loop.  Live chat never connects. Phone call I just hold nobody ever picks up.
