R7450 only shows red power light

I’ve never had a problem with this or any router for more than an hour. After we had a storm, and the power went off, the modem restarted, but the router didn’t. Instead it shows the power light as a solid red light. I’ve tried resetting the router, and power cycling it, but nothing has worked. I also switched my Ethernet cable, and that also didn’t work.
