R7500v2 — Nighthawk X4 AC2350 Smart WiFi Router firmware 1.0.3.46

Does anyone have any experience with firmware 1.0.3.46 installed on Nighthawk X4 AC2350 Smart WiFi Router / R7500 V2? 

Issues? Functions?

      I have 1.0.3.48 and it looks like my wifi is dropping packets every few minutes.  It might not be detectable with casual browsing but definitely seeing issues when video conferencing and the wyzecams.  .48 supposedly is a security patch but i haven't dug into the details to see if there's some workaround one can apply instead.
