R7500v2 Firmware 1.0.2.64 - Horrible Wireless Upload Speeds

I recently upgraded to the 1.0.2.64 firmware for the Nighthawk X4 R7500v2 and the upload speeds have tanked.

Using Testmy.net with a 25MB and 50MB upload size, my speed is around ~500kbps. I currently pay for 300mbps down/30mbps up and average around 200/24 so something is clearly wrong. This is a test using Ethernet: http://testmy.net/db/SPmo8ZtkM

I've factory reset the router with no luck. This has made uploading large files for work and also video conferencing a complete pain if not impossible. Any help would be appreciated with downgrading the firmware or receiving a bugfix.
